Deze koffie is afkomstig uit het Mantiquiera gebergte in Zuid-Oost Brazilië 

De bonen zijn geproduceerd volgens de natural methode. Dat wil zeggen dat de bonen na het plukken gedroogd worden in de zon en het pulp een volle en zoete smaak afgeeft die tot in de koffieboon dringt.

Qua smaak herkennen we tonen van tropisch fruit, amandel en chocolade. Voor alle fans van onze immens populaire “Where the mountains cry” (2021): dit is een waardige opvolger!

This coffee finds its origin in the Mantiquiera region, in the South-East of Brazil. 

The beans are produced naturally. This means that the cherries are dried in the sun after picking. The pulp gives the bean a full and sweet taste.

In the tasting notes we recognise milk tropical fruit, almond and chocolate. To all the fans of our coffee “Where the mountains cry” (2021): this is the coffee you should definetely give a try!
