Cafe de Giraldo komt uit Antioquia in het noord-westen van Colombia.
De koffiebonen zijn gewassen. Hierbij worden de bonen kort na de pluk in water gespoeld totdat het vruchtvlees verdwijnt. Daarna worden de bonen opnieuw gedroogd.
De smaken van de koffie kunnen we in grote lijnen linken aan onze recent uitverkochte “women of coffee” maar dan wel met de Latijns-Amerikaanse vibes erin.

Cafe de Giraldo finds its origin in Antioquia, in the North-West of Colombia.
The beans are washed. This means that the beans are washed in water shortly after picking them until the pulp dissapears. Afterwards, the beans are dried again.
De flavour of this coffee reminds us of our recently sold-out “Women of Coffee”, but with some Latin-American vibes.
